In a partial change of the RF Customs Tariff approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 718 "On the Customs Tariff of the Russian Federation and the Commodity Nomenclature Applying at making Foreign Trade Activity" of November 27, 2006 (document is in Russian), the Decree of the RF Government N 696 of August 21, 2009 (document is in Russian) has approved a number of rates of import customs duties in respect of certain kinds of goods of medical purpose, in particular dental drills combined or not combined with other dental equipment on united base, roentgen luminescent screens and roentgen intensifying screens, as well as anti-diffusive screens and nets. This Decree shall putt into effect since August 21, 2009.

The Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation N 205 of July 8, 2009 (document is in Russian) has approved the Procedure for keeping records of value of withdrawal of water resources from water bodies and value of discharge of wastewaters and (or) drainage waters, its quality by owners of water bodies and water users. Besides the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation N 311 "On approval of the Procedure for keeping records of value of withdrawal of water resources from water bodies and value of discharge of wastewaters and (or) drainage waters, its quality by owners of water bodies and water users" of November 29, 2007 (document is in Russian) has been considered as lost its force.
