By the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2266-U of 30 July 2009 (document is in Russian) amendments have been made to the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 1542-U "On specifics of holding inspections of banks involving workers of the state corporation “Agency for deposits insurance" of 13 January 2009 (document is in Russian). According to the amendments, the range of persons whose relations with the workers of the Agency attracted by the Bank of Russia for holding inspections of a bank should be told to the Agency is extended.

By the Order N 81n of 28 July 2009 of the Ministry of Finance of Russia (document is in Russian), in accordance with clause 2 of the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 2 “On optimization of functioning of the united state automated information system of registration of the volume of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and spirit-based products, as well as on amendments to certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation “of 8 January 2009 (document is in Russian) , the Procedure has been approved determining the rules of storage of special labels in organizations manufacturing alcohol products with the composition of ethyl alcohol more than 9% of the volume of the finished products on the territory of the Russian Federation, except for alcohol products to be exported, departments of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the subject of the Russian Federation and interregional inspectorates of the Federal Tax Service for major taxpayers. The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice as on September 14, 2009 N 14759.
