There are approved the rates of export customs duties for raw oil and certain categories of goods manufactured from it 2009-08-31 08:00
In a partial change of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 695 "On approval of rates of export customs duties for raw oil and certain categories of goods manufactured from it exporting from the Russian Federation territory outside the boarders of states - participants of agreements about the Customs Union and on consideration certain acts of the Russian Federation Government as lost their force" of November 16, 2006 (document is in Russian), the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 697 of August 24, 2009 (document is in Russian) has approved the rates of export customs duties for raw oil and certain categories of goods manufactured from it exporting from the Russian Federation territory outside the boarders of states - participants of agreements about the Customs Union. The Decree shall putt into effect since September 1, 2009.
