of international economic;
- secure of macroeconomic
stability, keeping of the trust of Russian and foreign investors;
The Program has determined the specific features of implementation
of anti-crisis measures in components of the Russian Federation.
The basic tasks of regional level are:
- to secure equation
of regional and local budgets with the purpose of execution
of public obligations, payment of salary to employees of the
budget sphere, payment of prior expenditures;
- promotion
of employment of the population, creation and preservation of
working positions;
In the annex to
the program there are given the Basic measures of the RF
Government and the Bank of Russia on improvement of the Russian
Federation economic in 2009 and the Plan of actions for implementation
of the RF Government program of anti-crisis measures for 2009
where are given periods and values of financial measures.
The amendments to the Federal Act "On protection of the competition" have been putted into force
As August
23, 2009 the amendments have been putted into force made by
the Federal Act N 164-FZ of July 17, 2009 (document is in
Russian), which are specifying the notion of monopoly high and
monopoly low price of goods, the procedure for consideration
of dominant position of economic entity and the procedure for
granting state and municipal preference.
So the amendments
regulate the procedure for making examinations of legal entities
and sole traders by antimonopoly body.
