The amendments are made to the procedure for determination of kinds of especially valuable movable property of autonomous institution 2009-08-14 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to the procedure for determination of kinds of especially valuable movable property of autonomous institution The Decree of the RF Government N 639 of August 5, 2009 (document is in Russian) has made the amendments to the procedure for determination of kinds of especially valuable movable property of autonomous institution, pursuant to which it is established that at determination of kinds of especially valuable movable property of federal autonomous institution, there is subject for inclusion to its composition the movable property which balance cost is more than 500 thousands rubles, as well as other movable property which balance cost is not more than 500 thousands rubles without which performance of basic activity of federal autonomous institution shall be hindered. There are established the Requirements to electronic carriers and formats of text-based documents submitting by issuers of emission securities 2009-08-14 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are established the Requirements to electronic carriers and formats of text-based documents submitting by issuers of emission securities The Order of the Federal Service of Financial Markets of Russia N 09-23/pz-n of May 18, 2009 (document is in Russian), which has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice as on N 14454 of August 3, 2009, has approved the Requirements to electronic carriers and formats of text-based documents submitting by issuers of emission securities. These requirements shall be applied to issuer's report form, decision about issue, amendment to decision about issue or securities prospectus, report and notification about issue results, notification about changing of information concerning to securities issue and quarterly report of issuer of emission securities. The Order of the putt into effect since September 1, 2009.
