There has been added the list of awards exempted from the taxation by means of the tax on incomes of natural persons 2009-08-05 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There has been added the list of awards exempted from the taxation by means of the tax on incomes of natural persons The Decree of the RF Government N 630 of July 30, 2009 (document is in Russian) has made the amendments to the list of international, foreign and Russian awards for phenomenal achievements in the sphere of science and technique, education, culture, literature, art and mass-media, sums of which received by taxpayers are not subjects for taxation (document is in Russian) , which has been added with new position - "All-Russian Competition Award in the Field of Modern Visual Art "Innovation" putted to the section "Awards in the Sphere of Culture, Literature, Art and Mass-Media". There established the forms of documents necessary for making compulsory civil liability insurance of transport facilities owners 2009-08-05 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There established the forms of documents necessary for making compulsory civil liability insurance of transport facilities owners The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 67n of July 1, 2009 (document is in Russian) has established the form of application on conclusion contract of compulsory civil liability insurance of transport facilities owners; the forms of insurance policy of compulsory civil liability insurance of transport facilities owners; the form of documents concluding information about civil liability insurance of transport facilities owners under compulsory insurance contract. The Order is applied since the date of entering into effect of amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 263 "On approval of the Rules of compulsory civil liability insurance of transport facilities owners" of May 7, 2003 (document is in Russian) in the part of consideration the annexes N 1, 2, 4 to the Rules as lost their force.
