There is fixed the method for calculation of the agriculture production volume of output in accordance with arisen extraordinary situation
By
the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia N 224 of
June 15, 2009 (document is in Russian),
the Method has been approved for calculation of reduction
of the agriculture production volume of output in accordance
with arisen extraordinary situation, which is subject for use
at ascertaining the possibility for granting of additional delay
for debts redemption to a participant of the financial rehabilitation
program pursuant to
the Federal Act "On financial rehabilitation of agriculture
commodity producers" (document is in Russian). In particular,
the method allows to ascertain the size of full or a partial
loss of harvests of agricultural crops, perennial plantations,
farm animals and total percent of reduction of the volume of
output.
In accordance
with this amendments at customs clearance of goods produced
in accordance with the customs regime of free customs
zone, there shall be submitted the customs declarations according
to which those goods subjected to operations not prohibited
in special economic zones were placed under the customs regime
of free customs zone (if processing products and (or)
wastes of such goods are produced for free circulation at the
RF customs territory), as well as documents and information
necessary for customs clearance of processing products in accordance
with chosen customs regime.
So there is fixed the list
of documents and information submitting to a customs body at
customs clearance of goods produced in accordance with the customs
regime of free customs zone applying in the Caliningrad
region.
The Order shall putt into effect since February 1, 2010.
