There is approved the procedure for estimation of financial position of natural persons - credit institution founders

the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 338-P of June 19, 2009
(document is in Russian), it is established natural persons
in respect of which estimation of financial position shall be
provided, its procedure and criteria. Such estimation shall
be made by territorial institutions of the Bank of Russia, besides
there are determined cases when the estimation may be provided
independently by credit institution and cases when the estimation
is not carried out.
The Statute determines the documents confirming sources
of origin and sufficiency of natural person's property for estimation
and the procedure for submission thereof. Besides there are
established the specific features of estimation of financial
position at solving question about state registration of a credit
institution created by means of foundation, about receiving
of preliminary agree of the Bank of Russia to purchase or to
receive stocks (shares) of credit institution to trust management
and in the purposes of acquisition of stocks (shares) of credit
institution by a legal entity.
