Rules of sending information on public auction for sale of pledged real estate property in the course of the executive procedure in the Internet approved
In accordance
with the
Rules approved by
the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 526
of 23 June 2009 (document is in Russian), information on
public auction for sale of pledged real estate property in the
course of the executive procedure shall be placed on the official
site of the Federal Service of officers of justice and on the
official sites of its territories bodies. On the above-mentioned
sites, information shall also be placed on the persons maintaining
and keeping the official site of the Service and official sites
of its territorial bodies, including the name, address, telephone
number and identification data (state registration number of
the record of state registration of the legal entity, state
registration n umber of the record of state registration of
the sole trader, taxpayer's identification number).
Besides,
the
Rules establish that this information, when placed on the
Internet site, should be accessible for users for acquaintance
or 24 hours without payment and other restrictions.
