The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 36n of April
23, 2009 (document is in Russian) has approved
the Procedure regulating interaction of territorial bodies
of the Federal Treasury with subdivisions of settlements network
of the RF Central Bank and credit institutions in the part of
suspension of operations on accounts opened in institutions
of banks to federal budget institutions, budget institutions
of the RF subjects, municipal budget institutions, financial
bodies of the RF subjects and municipal formations.
The amendments are made to the Rules of keeping of record books on received and made out invoices, purchases ledgers and sales ledgers at calculations on the value-added tax
