There is established the Procedure for consideration and ascertainment in the Russian Federation of equivalence of documents of foreign states about education
The Order of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian
Federation N 128 of April 14, 2009 (document is in Russian)
has approved
the Procedure determining the Rules of consideration and
ascertainment in the Russian Federation of equivalence of documents
of foreign states about education, as well as on issue of according
certificates in the purpose to secure rights of citizens received
education in foreign states for continuation education and professional
activity in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Consideration and ascertainment in the Russian Federation of
equivalence of documents about education shall be provided by
the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Education
and Science.
There is established the procedure for admission of foreign citizens to Russian educational institutions of supreme professional education for 2009/2010 academic year
