The
Procedure approved by
the order of the Federal Tax Service N ММ-7-6/148@ of 31 March
2009 (document is in Russian) is adopted for purposes of expansion of possibilities of
information supply of users with data containing in the USRLE
and USRST, and contains the rules of provision of the above-mentioned
data in the electronic form.
In accordance with the
Procedure, open and generally accessible data containing
in the USRLE and USRST shall be supplied in the electronic form
to all the interested persons: state authorities, local self-government
bodies and the Bank of Russia - free of charge, to legal entities
and sole traders - on a paid basis. The
Procedure shall determine the size of payment for provision
of open and generally accessible data, the list of the documents
necessary for provision of these data, exhaustive list of cases
when provision of the data may be refused.
The
Procedure also contains sample applications for open and
generally accessible data in the electronic form.
