The amendments are made to the Statute on book-entry accounting "Accounting of construction contracts" (PBU 2/2008) 2009-05-28 08:00
The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 35n of April 23, 2009 (document is in Russian) has made the amendments to clause 2 of the Statute on book-entry accounting "Accounting of construction contracts" (PBU 2/2008) approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 116n of October 24, 2008 (document is in Russian) according to which effect of the Statute has been applied to contracts about rendering works on renovation of constructions, buildings, vessels (before amendments - works on reconstruction, modernization, repair of items of fixed assets) length of which execution is more than one reporting year (long-term character) or periods of which beginning and finishing are in different reporting years.
There is approved the form of list of nuclear materials belonging to legal entities and foreign states 2009-05-28 08:00
The Order of the State Corporation "Rosatom" N 207 of April 7, 2009 (document is in Russian) (has been registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation N 13963 of May 19, 2009) has approved the form of list of nuclear materials being within the ownership of legal entities of the Russian Federation, as well as belonging to foreign states and foreign legal entities temporary residing at the Russian Federation territory. In accordance with this form the state record shall be carried out separately on nuclear materials, being within the ownership of russian legal entities and being within the ownership of foreign states, foreign legal entities. Besides the information about place of location of nuclear material shall be includes to the list.
