The amendments are made to the Edict of the President of the Russian Federation "On use of State Emblem of the Russian Federation on stamps of settlements bodies of local self-government"
There is
established that State Emblem of the Russian Federation is placed
to stamps of bodies of local self-government of settlements
and municipal districts using accordingly by head of local administration
of settlement and specially authorized official of local self-government
of settlement or by head of local administration of municipal
district and specially authorized official of local self-government
of municipal district at making notarial activities provided
by legislation of the Russian Federation in the case if no notary
is in settlement or in inhabited locality locating at between-settlements
territory.
