The amendments are made to the procedure for organization of state technical record and technical inventory of objects of capital construction and state record of housing stock
The amendments have established that technical inventory and
state technical record of objects of capital construction are
provided under applications of interested persons and there
are determined the basements and the procedure for carrying
out of them. Technical inventory of objects of capital construction
is subdivided into primary and technical inventory of changes
of objects characteristics, under which results state technical
record shall be provided (accordingly primary or record
as a result of changes of objects characteristics).
Form cases when inventory information and other data of technical
record of housing stock are obliged for application there are
excluded state registration of the rights on real estate and
bargains therewith, putting into operation of housing
constructions and dwelling premises, registration of householders
societies, assignment of cadastre numbers to real estate objects
in the housing sphere.
There are approved the Rules of state registration of contracts on disposal with the exclusive right on selection achievements and transfer of such right without a contract
The Rules approved by
the Decree of the RF Government N 384 of April 30, 2009
(document is in Russian) have established the procedure and
terms for state registration of transfer of disposal with the
exclusive right on selection achievements under a contract as
well as without a contract
In
accordance with
the Rules the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation
shall consider the application about state registration of contracts,
amendments, termination of registered contracts and transfer
of the exclusive right during 20 working days from the date
of receiving of full set of documents.
