There is approved the Procedure for keeping of the Registry of sea ports in the Russian Federation 2009-05-22 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is approved the Procedure for keeping of the Registry of sea ports in the Russian Federation The Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation N 51 of April 1, 2009 (document is in Russian) has approved the Procedure for keeping of the Registry of sea ports in the Russian Federation. There is established that keeping of the Registry shall be provided by the Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport. The basement for putting of a sea port to the Registry is opening of this sea port for rendering services. There are determined the information about sea ports being subject for inclusion to the Registry, the list of confirming documents and the procedure for their direction to the Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport. Inquiries from the Registry shall be given free to interested persons during ten working days since the day of receiving of the written application, besides the Registry shall be places on the official site of the Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport. There are established the specific features for evaluation of banking economical position 2009-05-22 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are established the specific features for evaluation of banking economical position The Directions of the Bank of Russia N 2226-U of April 29, 2009 (document is in Russian) has established that at evaluation of banking economical position in accordance with the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2005-U of April 30, 2008 (document is in Russian) classification of banks shall be made without taking into account of profitability evaluation results.
