There are determined the measures for making fishery in the exclusive economical zone of the Russian Federation

In accordance with article 12 and 20 of the Federal Act "On exclusive economical zone of the Russian Federation" (document is in Russian), the Decree of the RF Government N 428 of May 18, 2009 (document is in Russian) has established that the permits on carrying out resource researches of water biological resources in the exclusive economical zone of the Russian Federation shall be issued by the Federal Agency on Fishery under agreement with the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. So there is established that russian and foreign persons making fishery in the exclusive economical zone of the Russian Federation shall submit, under claim of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service, the Federal Agency on Fishery, the Federal Service of Financial and Budget Supervision and the Federal Tax Service, information about periods, kinds and regions of catch including information about quantity, quality and kinds of water biological resources and production from it.

The Order of the Order of the Ministry of Economical Development "On implementation of the Federal Act "On protection of the rights of legal entities and sole traders at carrying out of state control (supervision) control" is putted into effect

The Order of the Order of the Ministry of Economical Development "On implementation of the Federal Act "On protection of the rights of legal entities and sole traders at carrying out of state control (supervision) control" is putted into effect

Since May 25, 2009 the Order of the Ministry of Economical Development and Trade of Russia N 141 of April 30, 2009 (document is in Russian) is putted into effect (document is in Russian) which has approved the model forms using at examination of a legal entity, a sole trader. The following model forms are putted into effect:

- the model form of direction or order of controlling (supervision) authority about inspection of legal entity, sole trader;

- the model form of application about coordination of carrying out off-scheduled field inspection of legal entity, sole trader by controlling (supervision) authority with public prosecutions department;

- the model form of act of inspection of legal entity, sole trader by controlling (supervision) authority;

- the model form of record book of inspections of legal entity, sole trader made by controlling (supervision) authorities .

The interest rates on the Bank of Russia operations has been decreased

The Directions of the Bank of Russia NN 2229-U, 2231-U, 2232-U, 2233-U of May 13, 2009 (documents are in Russian) has established the following interest rates on the Bank of Russia operations:

- on loan credits of the Bank of Russia granting in accordance with the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 236-P "On the Procedure for Granting Credits Secured by Mortgage (Block) by the Bank of Russia to Credit Institutions" of August 4, 2003 (document is in Russian) for the period of 1, 7 and 20 calendar days - in the size of 11% per annum;

- on deposit operations of the Bank of Russia carrying out in accordance with the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 203-P "On the Procedure of Performance by the RF Central Bank of Deposit Operations with Credit Institutions in Currency of the Russian Federation" of November 5, 2002 (document is in Russian) on the terms "tom-next", "spot-next", "at call" - in the size of 6,75% per annum, and on the terms "one week", "spot-week" - in the size of 7,25% per annum;

- on the Bank of Russia overnight credit - in the size of 12% per annum;

  - on credits secured by assets or guarantees granting in accordance with the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 312-P "On the procedure for granting credit secured by assets or guarantees by the Bank of Russia to credit institutions" of November 12, 2007 (document is in Russian) for the period up to 90 calendar days - in the size of 11% per annum, for the period from 91 up to 180 calendar days - in the size of 11,5% per annum, for the period from 181 up to 365 calendar days - in the size of 12% per annum.
