The amendments concern to the order of transfer of the right
on mortgage, in particular there are determined the rights and
duties of legal owners of mortgage the rights on which are taken
into account in a depositary, as well as the rights and duties
of a debtor and a depositary on such mortgage. So the amendments
regulate the procedures on state registration of hypothec and
drawing up of mortgage.

rubles of the state duty size collecting from natural persons
and institutions for the state registration of right, encumbrances
of the right on land plots from lands of agriculture purpose,
deals on which base the rights on them shall be encumbered;
- 50 rubles of the state duty size collecting from natural
persons and institutions for the state registration of share
in the general ownership right on land plots from lands of agriculture
purpose;
Besides natural persons and institutions are exempted
from payment of the state duty for state registration of encumbrances
of the right on land plots used for North deer breeding.
