There are changed the forms of documents necessary for application of the simplified taxation system on the patent base 2009-01-14 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are changed the forms of documents necessary for application of the simplified taxation system on the patent base The Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N MM-3-3/606@ of November 18, 2008 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Annexes N 1 "Form N 26.2.-P-1 "Application on receiving of the patent for the right to apply the simplified taxation system on the patent base", N 2 "Form N 26.2.-P-2 "Notification about refusal in issue of the patent" and N 3 "Form N 26.2.-P-3 "Patent for the right to apply the simplified taxation system on the patent base" approved by the Order of the Federal Tax Service N SAE-3-22/417 "On approval of forms of the documents necessary for application of the simplified patent based taxation system" of August 31, 2005 (document is in Russian). The amendments of aforesaid forms are stipulated by amendments of the Federal Act N 155-FZ "On amendments to part two of the RF Tax Code" of July 22, 2008 (document is in Russian) to articles 346_21.1 of chapter 26_3 "Simplified taxation system" (document is in Russian), which are putted into effect from January 1, 2009.   The Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N MM-3-3/606@ of November 18, 2008 has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice N 12925 as on December 22, 2008, has been published in the Russian Newspaper N 2 of January 14, 2009 and shall putt into effect upon expiration of 10 days since the day of its official publication.
