There are approved the Rules of state registration of contracts on disposal of the exclusive right on intellectual activity results and means of individualization
So,
the Decree determines the federal executive authority on
intellectual property making state registration of aforesaid
contracts, the Federal Service on Intellectual Property, Patents
and Trade-Marks becomes it.
The new customs duties on import of motor vehicles of foreign production are putted into effect from January 12, 2009
The Decree of the RF Government N 943 of December 10, 2008
(document is in Russian) increases from January 12, 2009 the
rates of customs duties on motor vehicles imported to the Russian
Federation. In particular, in respect of motor vehicles from
the moment of which origin not more than 3 years have been passed,
except motor vehicles which country of origin is the Russian
Federation, cost of which not exceeds 325 thous.rubles, the
rate is established in the size of 54 percent from their customs
cost (earlier the rate effected in the size of 48 percent from
customs cost).
There is approved the list of fat-and-oil production being subject for obligatory confirmation of conformity at placing under customs regimes providing possibility of alienation or use of these production in accordance with its appointment
