There is approved the procedure for consideration of applications for the right to use with bowels of the Earth
The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 4 of
January 8, 2009 (document is in Russian) approves
the Statute establishing the procedure for consideration
of applications for the right to use with bowels of the Earth
for exploring and extraction of mineral resources or geological
investigation of bowels of the Earth, exploring and extraction
of mineral resources made under a combined license on plots
of federal importance locating on the Russian Federation continental
shelf, on the Russian Federation territory and extending to
its continental shelf, gas-bearing plots of federal importance
granted to use without any competitions and trade.
The Directions
establish the rules of application of the budget classification
of the Russian Federation by participants of budgetary procedure
at all levels of budgets of the Russian Federation budget system
