This Statute has been developed in accordance
with
the Federal Act "On state cadastre of real estate"
(document is in Russian) and determines the specific features
of informational interaction at keeping state cadastre of real
estate.
During the informational interaction procedure,
documents shall be submitted in the electronic form (as electronic
samples of documents or electronic extracts) with use general
communication networks. At absence of such communication networks,
documents may be submitted on electronic mediums.
Submission
of documents on paper is permitted till establishing of format
of such documents in electronic form by the RF Ministry of Economical
Development. Submission of documents shall be provided without
charge.
In accordance
with
the Decree, the size of loss is determined as difference
between the value of actually caught water biological resources
and the quota of catch of water biological resources specified
in the permit to their catch issued to an individual entrepreneur
or a legal entity.
Fixation of the fact of damage to
water biological resources in the size considered as heavy,
is the basement to forced termination of the right to catch
of water biological resources referred to fishery objects.
The Decree is not applied to kinds of water biological resources
recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation.
