The amendments are made to the form of Extract from individual personal account of insured person 2008-08-21 08:00
The Decree of the Board of the RF Pension Fund N 224p of July 28, 2008 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the form of Extract from individual personal account of insured person (SZI-5) approved by the Decree of the Board of the RF Pension Fund N 192p of July 31, 2006 (document is in Russian), in the part of supplementing aforesaid form with section "Information about state of calculative pension capital calculated on insurance fees charged in accordance with legislation", as well as giving of one of sections in the new wording.
There are established the requirements to the procedure for determination of size of gratuity of managing company of a joint-stock investment fund and a share investment fund, stocks (investments shares) of which are restricted in turnover 2008-08-21 08:00
The Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets N 08-31/pz-n of July 29, 2008 (document is in Russian) establishes the requirements of normative legal acts to the procedure for determination of size of gratuity of managing company in accordance with the clause 5 of article 41 of the Federal Act "On investment funds". It may be determined on the basis of following values: - cost of net assets; - size of profit from managing with assets; - sum of funds transferred to payment of investment shares with the deduction of sums of compensations at redemption of shares and incomes on shares; - size of authorized capital.
