There is established the procedure for carrying out auctions for sale industrial quotas on catch water biological resources 2008-08-18 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is established the procedure for carrying out auctions for sale industrial quotas on catch water biological resources The Rules approved in the Decree of the RF Government N 602 of August 12, 2008 (document is in Russian), determine the procedure for organizing and carrying out auctions for sale industrial quotas on catch water biological resources referred to fishery objects and shares in general quotas value in the purposes of industrial fishery. In accordance with the Rules, the auctions is open. Participants of the auctions may be individual entrepreneurs and legal entities registered in the Russian Federation in accordance with the Federal Act "On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (document is in Russian).
