The Federal Act "On specific features of alienation of real estate being within state ownership of the RF subjects or municipal ownership and leased by enterprises of small and middle business" has putted into effect 2008-08-05 08:00
The Federal Act N 159-FZ "On specific features of alienation of real estate being within state ownership of the RF subjects or municipal ownership and leased by enterprises of small and middle business and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation" of July 22, 2008 (document is in Russian) puts into effect since August 5, 2008 except parts 2, 3 and 4 of article 9 of the this Act which shall put into effect since January 1, 2009 for their part. This Federal Act regulated relations arising with reference of alienation from state ownership of the RF subjects or municipal ownership of real estate being leased by enterprises of small and middle business as on the day of putting into effect of this Federal Act including the specific features of participation of enterprises of small and middle business in privatization of leased property.
The amendments to the Federal Act "On currency regulation and currency control" has putted into effect 2008-08-05 08:00
The Federal Act N 150-FZ of July 22, 2008 (document is in Russian) has made the amendments to the Federal Act N 173-FZ "On currency regulation and currency control" of December 10, 2003 (document is in Russian) in the part of regulation of currency operations made by diplomatic representations, consular posts of the Russian Federation and other official representations of the Russian Federation, as well as official representations of the Russian Federation at interstate and intergovernmental institutions.
