There are approved the Rules of quotas distribution for catch of water biological resources in the purposes of industrial fishery 2008-08-15 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are approved the Rules of quotas distribution for catch of water biological resources in the purposes of industrial fishery The Decree of the RF Government N 605 of August 12, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the Rules establishing the procedure for quotas distribution for catch of water biological resources in the purposes of industrial fishery (except coastal fishery) on the Russian Federation continental shelf and in the exclusive economical zone of the Russian Federation between legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the Russian Federation in accordance with the Federal Act "On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (document is in Russian). There are approved the Rules of quotas distribution for catch of water biological resources for the Russian Federation 2008-08-15 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are approved the Rules of quotas distribution for catch of water biological resources for the Russian Federation The Decree of the RF Government N 604 of August 12, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the Rules establishing the procedure for quotas distribution for catch of water biological resources for the Russian Federation in regions of effect of the Russian Federation international agreements in the field of fishery and preservation of water biological resources between legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the Russian Federation in accordance with the Federal Act "On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (document is in Russian). There is approved the Statute on licensing of operation with fire and explosion dangerous industrial objects 2008-08-15 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is approved the Statute on licensing of operation with fire and explosion dangerous industrial objects The Decree of the RF Government N 599 of August 12, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the Statute on licensing of operation with fire and explosion dangerous industrial objects, as well as there is given the list of acts of the RF Government having lost their force . Licenses for performance of activity on operation with fire dangerous industrial objects and operation with explosion dangerous industrial objects issued before enforcement of this Decree are valid till finish of the period specified in them. The Statute on licensing of operation with fire and explosion dangerous industrial objects determines the procedure for licensing of operation with fire and explosion dangerous industrial objects providing by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at the RF territory.   Licensing of operation with fire and explosion dangerous industrial objects shall be made by the Federal Service on ecological, technological and nuclear supervision.   The license shall be granted for 5 year with following possibility of prolongation. There is established the fixed size of guarantee of customs payments in respect of excise liable goods 2008-08-15 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is established the fixed size of guarantee of customs payments in respect of excise liable goods The Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 875 of July 17, 2008 (document is in Russian) establishes the fixed size of guarantee of customs payments in respect of excise liable goods imported to the RF customs territory from August 1, 2008 till December 31, 2010 including. The Order shall put into effect since August 26, 2008.
