The dates of enforcement of particular provisions of the Federal Act "On obligatory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of vehicles" have been transferred

from 1 July 2008, the date of enforcement of the amendments
concerning the amendment of the
Federal Act N 40-FZ of 25 April 2002 by articles 14_1 “Direct
compensation for losses” and 26_1 “Agreement on direct compensation
for losses” has been transferred to 1 March 2009;
- from 1 December
2008, the date of enforcement of the amendments concerning execution
of the documents on traffic accidents without participation
of empowered militiamen for getting an insurance payment has
been transferred to 1 March 2008
