Inures the order of getting of import (export) licences for the goods and vehicles delivery at their import on territory of a special economic zone and at their export from territory of a special economic zone
On June, 27th, 2008 inures the Order approved
by
Federal Customs Service order from April, 16th, 2008 N of 430
(document is in Russian) which defined the procedure of giving
out by authorized customs body of import (export) licenses of
the goods and vehicles at their moving through borders of industrially-industrial
and techniques-introducing special economic zones, created according
to the Federal law from July, 22nd, 2005 N 116-FZ "On special
economic zones in the Russian Federation" .
This Order
is not applied at import and export of the goods and vehicles
on territories of the special economic zones in Kaliningrad
and Magadan areas.
There is approved the sample of the
prior notification of import (export) of the goods on the special
economic zones territory, submitted by resident of the zone
or other person operating under its assignment, in the authorized
customs body, and recommendations on its filling, and also the
sample of the miss for entrance (departure) of automobiles to
(from) the special economic zones territory.
