The amendments are made to the forms of documents necessary for application of the simplified taxation system on the base of the patent 2008-06-06 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to the forms of documents necessary for application of the simplified taxation system on the base of the patent The Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N MM-3-3/213@ of May 15, 2008 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the forms of documents approved by the Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N SAE-3-22/417 of August 31, 2005 (document is in Russian). The words "half year, nine months, year" are replaces with the words "six months, nine months, calendar year" in the application on receiving of the patent for the right of application of the simplified taxation system on the patent base, the Notification about refusal in issue of the patent, the Patent for the right of application of the simplified taxation system on the patent base. Thus, the forms are brought into accordance with amendments putted to article 346_21 of the RF Tax Code (document is in Russian) by the Federal Act N 85-FZ of May 17, 2007 (document is in Russian), according to which the patent shall be issued to a taxpayer under his choice for one of following periods: quarter, six months, nine months, calendar year. There are approved the temporary rates of import customs duties in respect of poultry hens and certain kinds of eggs of poultry 2008-06-06 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are approved the temporary rates of import customs duties in respect of poultry hens and certain kinds of eggs of poultry The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 428 of June 4, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the rates of import customs duties in respect of poultry hens (codes 0105 11 110 0, 0105 11 190 0, 0105 11 910 0, 0105 11 990 0 of the TN VED of Russia) and certain kinds of eggs of poultry (codes 0407 00 190 0 of the TN VED of Russia) in the size equal to zero for 9 months. The amendments are made to the forms and the Procedure for making up and submission of accountability of credit institution under liquidation to the RF Central Bank 2008-06-06 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to the forms and the Procedure for making up and submission of accountability of credit institution under liquidation to the RF Central Bank   The Directions of the Bank of Russia N 2011-U of May 16, 2008 (document is in Russian) gives in the new wording of the form 0409357 "Information about receiving of monetary funds, their sources and expending of monetary funds" and to the Procedure for making up and submission of accountability in the form 0409357 "Information about receiving of monetary funds, their sources and expending of monetary funds" , and so to other reporting forms and procedures approved by the Directions of the Bank of Russia N 1594-U of July 14, 2005 (document is in Russian). The Direction N 2011-U shall be putted into effect and shall be subject for application at making up and submission of accountability from October 1, 2008.
