There are established the kinds of control in check points at the state boarder of the Russian Federation
The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 94
of February 16, 2008 (document is in Russian) establishes
that admission of persons, transport vehicles, cargos, goods
and animals in check points at the state boarder of the Russian
Federation includes making sanitary-quarantine, veterinary,
quarantine phytosanitary, transport control and control over
execution of obligations on insurance of own civil liability
by owners of tranport vehicles in addition to boarder and customs
control.
There are approved the rules of insurance of export credits against commercial and political risks by the state corporation "Bank of development and foreign economical activity (Vnesheconombank)"
