There established the procedure for submission of information about cadastre cost of land plots by taxpayers of the land tax
The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 52
of February 7, 2008 (document is in Russian) establishes
that territorial bodies of the Federal Agency of Cadastre of
Real Estate Objects shall submit free information about cadastre
cost of land plots as cadastre number of real estate object
and its cadastre cost for the purposes of taxation under written
application of taxpayer.
Information on cadastre cost of
land plots in purposes of taxation are placed on official site
of the Federal Agency of Cadastre of Real Estate Objects within
Internet network.
