NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION

There are made the additions and amendments to the Methods of calculation of tariffs for services on transportation of gas on gas pipe lines

The Order of the Federal Service for Tariffs of Russia N 286-je/4 of October 25, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments and additions to the Methods of calculation of tariffs for services on transportation of gas on gas pipe lines approved by the Order of the Federal Service for Tariffs of Russia N 388-je/1 of August 23, 2005 (document is in Russian), and in accordance with them, there is changed calculation of permanent part of the rate for use. Now, permanent part of the rate for use shall not be taken into account in calculation of the rate for use, in the case if in the end of transportation itinerary, gas was not pass through gas distribution stations (transportation of gas to balance points, where it realization is made on electronic trade area, to underground gas storages etc.), as well as in the cases when gas distribution station is not belong to subject of regulation on the right of ownership, or on other legal basements.

The amendments are made to the Directions of the Bank of Russia "On the list of securities comprising The Pawn List of The Bank of Russia"

The amendments are made to the Directions of the Bank of Russia "On the list of securities comprising The Pawn List of The Bank of Russia"

The Directions of the Bank of Russia N 1897-U of November 2, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Directions of the Bank of Russia N 1482-U "On the list of securities comprising The Pawn List of The Bank of Russia" of July 28, 2004, and pursuant thereto, the list of securities subjects for inclusion to the Pawn List of The Bank of Russia is added with

emissive promissory notes issued by legal entities - not residents of the Russian Federation outside the boarders of the Russian Federation.

This Direction shall come into effect from the day following after its official publication in the "News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".
