The amendments are made to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation concerning questions of licensing of certain kinds of activity 2007-11-12 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation concerning questions of licensing of certain kinds of activity The Federal Act N 258-FZ of November 8, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to a number of legislative acts of the Russian Federation, that provides bringing these normative legislative acts into accordance with the Federal Act "On licensing of certain kinds of activity" , in particular, they concern specification of names of kinds of activities being subjects for licensing, as well as exclusion of requirements on licensing of kinds of activities not provided by this Act. The amendments are made to the Federal Act "On organization of insurance industry in the Russian Federation" 2007-11-12 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to the Federal Act "On organization of insurance industry in the Russian Federation" The Federal Act N 256-FZ of November 8, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to clause 5 of article 4 of the Act of the Russian Federation N 4015-I "On organization of insurance industry in the Russian Federation" of November 27, 1992, directed to correspondence of norms of the Merchant Shipping Code of the Russian Federation concerning possibilities of insurance of property interests as Russian, so foreign insurers involved in merchant shipping, and according norms of the Act of the Russian Federation "On organization of insurance industry in the Russian Federation". There are approved the rates of import customs duties in respect of certain kinds of nuts and seeds 2007-11-12 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are approved the rates of import customs duties in respect of certain kinds of nuts and seeds In particular change of the Customs Tariff of the Russian Federation (document is in Russian), the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 756 of November 6, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the rate of import customs duty in respect of nuts: acajou, almond, hazel (Corylus sрр.), seed of sesame ( codes of the TN VED 0801 32 000 0, 0802 11 100 0, 0802 11 900 0, 0802 12 100 0, 0802 12 900 0, 0802 12 900 0, 0802 22 000 0, 1207 40 100 0, 1207 40 900 0) in the size equal to zero.
