The authorities of the Federal agency on managements with federal property are changed 2007-11-22 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The authorities of the Federal agency on managements with federal property are changed The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 792 "On amendments to clause 2 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 691 of November 27, 2004" of November 19, 2007 (document is in Russian) establishes that the Federal agency on management with federal property makes the authorities of state financial controlling body in the cases provided by the Federal Act "On insolvency (bankruptcy)", as well as it is authorized federal executive authority in the cases provided by clause 3 of article 77 of the Federal Act "On joint-stock companies".
