The amendments are made to recommendations for completion of the form of certificate of production accordance to requirements of technical regulations 2007-11-20 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to recommendations for completion of the form of certificate of production accordance to requirements of technical regulations The Order of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation N 445 of October 19, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Recommendations for completion of the form of certificate of production accordance to requirements of technical regulations approved by the Order of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation N 53 of March 22, 2006 (document is in Russian), which concern implementation of certain provisions of the Federal Act N 184-FZ "On technical control" of December 27, 2002 (document is in Russian). There is approved the Statute on activity on trade organization on securities market 2007-11-20 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is approved the Statute on activity on trade organization on securities market The Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets N 07-102/pz-n of October 9, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the Statute determining the requirements to activity on trade organization on securities market in the Russian Federation. Organizers of trade (including stock exchanges), as well as other professional participants of securities market shall bring their activity in accordance with requirements of this Order, during period up to March 1, 2008. Besides, there is cancelled and amended a number of documents establishing order of activity on trade organization on securities market. The amendments are made to the Statute on requirements to the procedure of performance of certain actions connected with acquisition of more than 30 percent of stocks of public corporations 2007-11-20 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to the Statute on requirements to the procedure of performance of certain actions connected with acquisition of more than 30 percent of stocks of public corporations The Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets N 07-104/pz-n of October 16, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Statute on requirements to the procedure of performance of certain actions connected with acquisition of more than 30 percent of stocks of public corporations approved by the Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets N 06-76/pz-n of July 13, 2006 (document is in Russian), in the part of requirements to content and form of voluntary and obligatory offers. There are approved the form of documents used at licensing of medical activity 2007-11-20 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are approved the form of documents used at licensing of medical activity The Order of the Federal Service of Supervision in the Sphere of Public Health and Social Development of Russia N 3063-Pr/07 of October 9, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the forms of applications and notifications used at licensing of medical activity.
