There are approved the forms of documents using during licensing of activity on production and technical servicing of medical equipment

The Order of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Public Health and Social Development of Russia N 3310-Pr/07 of October 22, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the forms of applications and notifications used by the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Public Health and Social Development of Russia during procedure of licensing of activity on technical servicing of medical equipment (except the case when this activity is carried out in purposes of own need of legal entity or sole trader), and the Order of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Public Health and Social Development of Russia N 3311-Pr/07 of October 22, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the forms of applications and notifications used by the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Public Health and Social Development of Russia during procedure of licensing of activity on production of medical equipment.

The amendments are made to the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation "On approval of the Rules of registration of vessels and rights on them in sea trade ports"

The amendments are made to the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation "On approval of the Rules of registration of vessels and rights on them in sea trade ports"

  The Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia N 153 of October 30, 2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation N 87 "On approval of the Rules of registration of vessels and rights on them in sea trade ports" of July 21, 2006 (document is in Russian), and in accordance with them, there is changed the procedure for conformation of assigned individual taxpayer identification number by person applying for registration. So, there is changed the text of questionnaire of vessel registry.
