Есть mail-in база письма которой обрабатываются. Но если пришло письмо со вставленным изображением (сделали скрин экрана и вставили по CTR+V), то после обработки документа на основе письма сотрудником, при открытии выдается ошибка -

Заметил что в таких письмах куча Body, а после действий сотрудника - остается одно.

Мой способ решения - в момент обработки входящего письма заменить скрин вложенным файлом. Вопрос -как?
Проблемма такая!!!
Существует форма в которой есть поле datapostanovki (тип Data) и vremiyprinrehen (тип Time).
Нужно сделать Вью в которой нужно сделать выборку данных за сутки по этим поля.
Сутки начинаются с 20:00.

Я только начал познавать озы Lotus Notes, и поэтому что то пока у меня ничего не получается.
Вот как я делаю эту выборку сам:

Да и еще один вопрос. Как распечатать ВЬЮ по своей форме Отчета?????
Требуется сделать описание элементов дизайна (Forms/SubForms/View/Script Libraries и т.д.). Для каждой библиотеки и включенных в нее функций необходимо сделать краткое их описание, описание входных и выходных параметров.

Любая база данных под Lotus Notes может содержать два необязательных типа справочных файлов: Using This Database (описывает применение базы в общем) и About This Database (кратко описывает общее представление о базе данных).

Несколько соображений о содержимом Using This Database:
- кратко познакомить с базой читателя;
- описать входящие в базу формы;
- перечислить группы доступа;
- рассмотреть всевозможные роли;
- перечислить администраторов базы данных.

НО! Мне необходима более полная документация - толковое описание всех функций написаных библиотек. Возможно кто то уже для себя как то делал документацию по БД Лотуса, что посоветуете?
Мои соображения на эту тему:
- делать отдельно *.doc/pdf/chm файлы справки, описать все то необходимо и подкрепить их к Using This Database;
- создать отдельно БД (наподобие БД 'Lotus Notes 7 Help') и полностью описывать ВСЕ созданные БД в ней.

Возможно есть и какое-то лучшее решение. huh.gif

P.S. Описание необходимо для заказчика, по этому необходимо иметь отдельно от самого кода хорошую документацию продукта. Спасибо. ph34r.gif

snapBased on a mixture of your feedback on what phone to buy last week, browsing a "what mobile" magazine, playing with some devices in store, watching videos on YouTube and pure instinct I went ahead and bought an HTC Snap, which arrived on Tuesday. So far I'm loving it, although I am starting to discover annoyances, but you have to expect them. It is running Windows after all!

Why the Snap? Various reasons but not least because I just loved the look of it. Also that it was reasonably cheep (compared to others I contemplated). For reasons I won't go in to now I'm not eligible for an upgrade from my phone company and so I had to actually pay for a phone!

While waiting for it to be delivered on Tuesday, following ordering it online on Saturday I went through the same process I normally do when I order a new man-toy (whether it's IT kit or a power tool).

  1. Wait eagerly for an email to say the order has shipped
  2. Check the courier's online tracking site a million times a day to see when it's "out for delivery"
  3. Listen to no music in the office all day so you don't miss the doorbell.
  4. Get excited when you hear a van coming down the road (we're on a cul-de-sac so chances are it's a delivery).
  5. Put box on desk and pretend it's not there for as long as you can. Tantric-style.
  6. Undo the delivery box and admire the packaging for a while (assuming any attention has gone in to it).
  7. Carefully unpack the new toy and admire it for a while before actually powering it up.

Now maybe I'm just a sad old geek but I do take great pleasure in the unboxing new kit. It does need to be nice kit though and well packaged. A new router might not have the same effect.

Although we're trying to budget in the house at the moment I do need to treat myself to something every other month or so. Last time it was a Fein Multimaster, which was also a pleasure to unbox. You could tell it was a quality tool before I'd even got it out. If you're a keen DIYer take a look at them!

It was reassuring to see that other people get pleasure from unboxing. So much so there's even a website called unboxings.com and numerous videos on YouTube -- unboxing the HTC Snap. Not quite the same to watch somebody else do it though.

Any of you guys enjoy the whole process of buying a new toy and unboxing it or is it just me?

Idea:
XPages don't work with LotusScript. At all. So those legacy apps, if they use WebQueryOpen or WebQuerySave agents, are looking for a forklift-style upgrade where you get to rewrite your agents and script libraries in Javascript and/or Java.
 
So a cool new technology requires a massive rewrite? Hmm.... sounds kinda like Microsoft.
 
But wait, it gets worse. The Notes client doesn't support XPages (yet). Oh, I'm sorry - did you need to use that app on the web AND in the Notes client? Well now you get to maintain your Lotusscript libraries for the Notes client, all while maintaining new Javascript/Java libraries for XPages on the web, right? Certainly you're ready to double your dev and testing efforts.
 
Notes 8.5.1 will get XPage support in the Notes client. This may mean we finally have a single dev road where we can simply write an app in XPages and it Just Works(tm) in browser or client. And that would be really, really fantastic. But (as far as I know) Xpages still aren't going to support LotusScript. So, again, any legacy apps will need major rewrites to take advantage of the new front-end.
 
It'd be great to see LotusScript support in XPages - at least basic WQO/WQS equivalent functionality.

Idea:
When creating a button you have the option of making the width 'Fit to Content'.  It would be nice to allow a columns width to also have this option as tables are commonly used to keep multi-value fields in alignment

When we create an ou tof office, there will be a default out of office message that CAN'T be removed, this annoying.
"I'm out of the office until xx/xx/xxxx"
 
I just need that default line removed, that's all.
I already make it as an option, so user can removed the default line, but have no idea where to remove it in web
access.

Idea:
Currently Quickr Entry Places work well as a spot for sharing files instead of emailing them. However, there is no individual security for each file. It is an all-or-nothing thing. Regular places do not provide that type of granularity either. As a result, users really cannot use this feature. In a similar way, document libraries DO provide the ability to set security on individual documents. But there is no way for a user to create "local" accounts like those that exist within places in Quickr. As a result, again, there is no way for end users to create credentials for external people to access those documents. Also, Document libraries do not take advantage of the Quickr Connector that prompts to store it in Quickr when emailing an attachment.

We need a facility in Quickr for individuals to manage access to stored documents on a document level and to create credentials for external access like that available in Quickr Places. This would totally eliminate our need for our secure FTP server that must be manually maintained by a system administrator. This would also remove the final obstacle for users to fully adopt the Quickr Connector as the method of choice for sharing attachments instead of within email.

As I understand it, the Entry Places are going away. That is probably because they don't get much use. But the main reason they don't get used is because there is no security.  One of the biggest advantages of Quickr over SharePoint is that external users cannot be added to SharePoint without creating an AD account for them.  Eek!  Entry Places are oh, so close to making FTP obsolete.  All it needs is a reader names field...

When the Notes client is first run on Linux after the installation, you are prompted in a separate splash screen to accept the license agreement by selecting "1" and "Enter". The client can be set to automatically accept this agreement before first launch so that you do not have to accept it manually.
In Lotus Notes 8, you want to be able to open a Widget bigger than the default size of the window that opens to have a show on the full screen. Is this possible?
Lotus Developers and Support Engineers hosted Open Mic conference calls on June 9 and 10, 2009, to discuss the Domino Configuration Tuner (DCT). There is a limit on how large the Group can be - 32k. You will get an error if you use a Group that is too large - has too many members. There are a few workarounds depending where the Group is defined - in the personal or Domain address book.
You have many nested folders in your Notes client. You would like to delete one of the folders but the folder tree is collapsing when you try to delete folders in your mail file.
Explanation: notes.ini FT_Index_Ignore_Attachment_Types debuted in Notes/Domino 5.0.5, and lets administrators specify additional file types to ignore in the indexing of attachments. For example, the
SNMP statistics is showing wrong memory size in Domino 6.5.5 and later in a clustered environment.
This document describes the behavior of the mail merge process if you click cancel when prompted to enter your Notes password to send the mail merge documents as e-mail attachments.
The error message "You are not authorized to access the database" can appear when McAfee firewall is installed and used on Domino versions 6, 7, and 8.
The Notes 8.5 addToKit.exe and trimUpdateSite.exe tools were not included in the Notes 8.5 install kits but are available here. These tools enable you to either add additional features to the Notes install kit or remove certain supplied features from the Notes install kit. Both tools are documented in the Domino 8.5 Administrator help.
