Try Swiggies for Hands-Free Hydration

Hydrosport's Swiggies are a great alternative to fanny packs, camelbaks or carrying a cumbersome water bottle while inline skating. And this hands-free approach appears to be simple and easy to...

quoting Jan Welch:
United Front was the first video I made when coming to San Diego in 2000. At the time I was working for Daily Bread Magazine, so Angie Walton wanted to distribute United Front through their distribution. This was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. They sold nearly 5,000 copies of the [...]

Learning from my mistakes i know now the optional exposures i may use for high speed flash, only attempting 1/60 i could of boosted it up knowing my main source of light is not just the strobe on the right but we improve as we gain knowledge in lessons from what we could of done better, the next roll hopefully will come out way sicker

Another attempt at proper exposure, i tried to balance as much light for the shade and for christian whom was under the suns natural light, i didnt have enough flash power to show more light so i went with a natural look.
Following preposterous rumours and unacceptable commentaries in public forums, Mr Presti would like to issue a statement in regards his alleged avoidance to comply with a sudden WADA anti-doping control right after Biel’s race. Please note that such WADA procedure was unbeknown to athletes, team managers and even to WIC organizers.

Skating gives and skating takes away, and that is why we do it~ Andrew Love

Rumours have been circulating that the Lake Placid Long Track Olympic Oval is not planning on opening until the 21st of December, and that it will only be open on holiday weeks.
The following is part of an e-mail that I received earlier today. The e-mail negates the rumour, saying that the oval would be open;
12-13 is the tentative opening date weather permitting
It will be open as in the past during the week and weekends with speed skating sessions
In what was hopefully going to be a lovely trip around the lake, with a number of Hill climbs, turnt out to be a wet driving rain trip at 7 degree’s with no doubt a chill factor of about Zero, a real pity for the organizors.
1/ Simon Strobel………………..45mins 48.22 sec.
2/ Patrick Knoff…………………46mins 39.56.
3/ Christen Kraus……………….46mins 40.39.
4/ Wolfgang Schindler…………46mins 41.11.
5/ Thomas Huber……………….46mins 12.19.
6/ Diemo Gorschboth………….47mins 32.89
I was in Wave 3, my goal to finish in 2:05, and hope for a good enough effort to finish under 2:00. My race strategy: follow the spandex, stay in pace lines as much as possible, and try for something like 57/63 splits (had done 62/68 as a warm-up a couple weeks prior). Pros, Elites, A/Bs, Wave 1 and 2 were off, and it was our time to go. And then we were off - fast.
Great race; great experience. Definitely want to come back next year. And try to fit another marathon in earlier in the season. From what others told me, it may be hard to top the Northshore experience elsewhere. I can believe that, but will hopefully find more great marathons out there.
