Система компьютерной алгебры GAP: Discrete Groups and Geometric Structures, with Applications IV



Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the 4-th edition of the workshop

Discrete Groups and Geometric Structures, with Applications IV
(Crystallographic Groups and their Generalizations VI)
which will be held at Oostende (Belgian Coast),
from May 30 to June 2, 2011.

The program of the last two days of this workshop will be dedicated to the
memory of Fritz Grunewald, who was involved in the organization and the
program of all previous editions.

The main speakers for this conference are M. Bridson (Oxford), W. Goldman
(Maryland), U. Hamensta:dt (Bonn), A. Lubotzky (Jerusalem) (to be
confirmed) , L. Marquis (Rennes), A. Reid (Texas), A. Valette (Neuchatel)
and A. Wienhard (Princeton).

Other participants will have the opportunity to submit a proposal for a
short talk and/or poster to the scientific committee. The organizers
especially want to encourage young researchers to present their work during
this meeting.
