There has been changed the procedure for crediting by Vnesheconombank "Agency on mortgage housing credits" 2010-05-26 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There has been changed the procedure for crediting by Vnesheconombank "Agency on mortgage housing credits" By the Federal Act N 101-FZ of May 22, 2010 (document is in Russian), the amendments has been putted to the Federal Act N 173-FZ of October 13, 2008 "On additional measures on support of the Russian Federation financial system" (document is in Russian). By the amendments, it is decreased the rate of placing on deposits of resources of the National Welfare Fund in Vnesheconombank from 8,5 down to 6,25% per annum. The period up to which these resources may by granted as credits (loans) to the open joint-stock company "Agency on mortgage housing credits" is prolonged up to December 31, 2011, and the crediting rate is decreased from 9,5 down to 6,5% per annum. The Federal Act N 101-FZ of May 22, 2010 has been published in the "Russian Newspaper", N 111, May 25, 2010 and is putted into effect since the day of promulgation. There has been determined the specific features of calculation of cost of electric power (capacity) for consumers during the period of transition on territories not joined in price zones of the wholesale market 2010-05-26 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There has been determined the specific features of calculation of cost of electric power (capacity) for consumers during the period of transition on territories not joined in price zones of the wholesale market By the Decree of the RF Government N 344 of May 15, 2010 (document is in Russian), the amendments have been putted to the Rules of wholesale market of electric power (capacity) of period of transition approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 643 of October 24, 2003 (document is in Russian), the Fundamentals of price formation in respect of electric and heating energy in the Russian Federation approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 109 of February 26, 2004 (document is in Russian), as well as to the Rules of functioning of retail markets of electric energy during the period of transition of electric energy industry reformation approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 530 of August 31, 2006 (document is in Russian). The amendments concern to determination of special features of calculation of cost of electric energy (capacity) for consumers during the period of transition at territories not joined in price zones of the wholesale market. As such zones there are understood the territories of the Komi Republic, the Arkhangelsk Region, the Kaliningrad Region, the South Yakut Region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Primorsky Krai, the Khabarovsk Territory, the Jewish Autonomous Region.
