NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION

There has been approved the Statute about licensing of activity concerning to manufacture, reprocessing, storage, realization, acquisition and use of precursors of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances

Bt the Statute approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 318 of May 11, 2010 (document is in Russian), there has been determined the procedure for licensing of activity concerning to manufacture, reprocessing, storage, realization, acquisition and use of precursors of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances putted to Table I of List IV in the accordance with the Federal Act N 3-FZ of January 8, 1998 "On narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" (document is in Russian).

  Table I of List IV is the table of precursors, turnover of which in the Russian Federation is restricted and in respect of which, there are established special control measures in accordance with the amendments made to the Federal Act N 3-FZ of January 8, 1998 "On narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" by the Federal Act N 177-FZ of July 18, 2009 and putted into effect since July 22, 2010 (document is in Russian).

Licensing requirements and terms at carrying out of activity concerning to turnover of precursors are established by the Statute. In accordance with the Statute, the license on carrying out of activity concerning to turnover of precursors is granted for 5 years.

The Decree shall putt into effect since July 22, 2010.
