There has been established the procedure for carrying out of open auctions in the electronic form at sale of debtor-bankruptcy' property 2010-05-28 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There has been established the procedure for carrying out of open auctions in the electronic form at sale of debtor-bankruptcy' property By the Order of the Ministry of Economical Development of Russia N 54 of February 15, 2010 (document is in Russian), it is approved the Procedure for carrying out of open auctions in the electronic form at sale of property (en enterprise) of a debtor during carrying out procedures applying at bankruptcy cases, as well as the requirements to electronic trading platforms and operators of electronic trading platforms at carrying out of such auctions and the procedure for confirmation of compliance of electronic trading platforms and operators of electronic trading platforms to such requirements. The Order has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice N 17258 of May 18, 2010. Provisions of the Order about placing of information in the Unites federal registry of bankruptcy information shall putt into effect upon expiration of 120 days after the day of approval of the procedure for formation and keeping of this Registry by the Ministry of Economical Development of Russia.
