There are determined the activity efficiency indexes for bodies of executive power of the Russian Federation constituents and local self-government in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency increasing 2010-05-19 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are determined the activity efficiency indexes for bodies of executive power of the Russian Federation constituents and local self-government in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency increasing By the Edict of the RF President N 579 of May 13, 2010 (document is in Russian), the amendments have been putted to the list of indexes for evaluation of activity efficiency of bodies of executive power of the Russian Federation constituents approved by the Edict of the RF President N 825 of June 28, 2007 (document is in Russian) and to the list of indexes for evaluation of activity efficiency of local self-government bodies of city districts and municipal regions approved by the Edict of the RF President N 607 of April 28, 2008 (document is in Russian). By these amendments, there are putted the indexes reflecting activity efficiency in the sphere of energy conservation and energy efficiency increasing. To such indexes, there are referred in particular: power capacity of gross regional product, share of energy resources, calculation for consumption of which is provided on grounds of metered values, share of energy resources manufacturing with use of renewable energy sources, specific values of consumption. There has been established the minimum retail price for alcoholic production with strength more than 28 percent 2010-05-20 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There has been established the minimum retail price for alcoholic production with strength more than 28 percent By the Order of the Federal Service for Regulation of Alcoholic Market N 29n of April 29, 2010, since June 1, 2010 (document is in Russian), there shall be established minimum prices for liqueur and spirit production with strength more than 28 percent (except vodka) for retail trade manufacturing at the Russian Federation territory or importing to the customs territory of the Russian Federation. Minimum prices are established depending of alcohol strength and consist from 65 up to 213 rules per 0,5 liter of finished production. At that for production bottled to consumption packing of other capacity, the price shall be calculated proportionally to minimum price established for 0,5 liter of finished production. The Order has been registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation N 17193 of May 13, 2010.
