There are approved the rates of import customs duties for raw oil and certain categories of goods manufactured from it exporting from the Russian Federation territory outside the boarder of the states participants of agreements about the Customs Union 2009-04-28 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are approved the rates of import customs duties for raw oil and certain categories of goods manufactured from it exporting from the Russian Federation territory outside the boarder of the states participants of agreements about the Customs Union The Decree of the RF Government N 366 of April 25, 2009 (document is in Russian) has approved the rates of import customs duties for raw oil and certain categories of goods manufactured from it exporting from the Russian Federation territory outside the boarder of the states participants of agreements about the Customs Union since May 1, 2009. In particular the rate of export customs duty for raw oil (code of the TN VED of Russia 2709 00) has been increased for 27 USA dollars and consists 137, 7 USA dollar per ton.
