The amendments are made to the procedure for examination of credit institutions by authorized representatives of the Russian Federation Central Bank 2009-04-15 08:00
The Directions of the Bank of Russia N 2196-U of March 6, 2009 (document is in Russian) has made the amendments to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia N 105-I "On the procedure for examination of credit institutions (their branches) by authorized representatives of the Russian Federation Central Bank" of August 25, 2003 (document is in Russian). In particular the amendments has established that participants of a working group are entrusted with the right to service first copy of a commission on which base the examination is provided to the head of a credit institution and at making examination now authorized representatives has the right to be not only in service premises but in other premises of credit institution.
