The amendments are made to organization of inspection activity of the Bank of Russia 2009-04-24 08:00
The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2197-U of March 6, 2009 (document is in Russian) has made the amendments to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia N 108-I "On organizing inspection activity of the RF Central Bank (Bank of Russia" of December 1, 2003 (document is in Russian). In particular there is specified the procedure for attraction of employees of the Agency on deposits insurance to participate in banking inspections in the case of discover of violation of the Federal Act "On insurance of natural persons deposits in the Russian Federation banks" requirements (document is in Russian) during inspection of a bank (carried out without their participation), the list of basements is extended under which an authorized representative of the Bank of Russia has no right to head working group at carrying out inspection, as well the order of consideration of act of a credit institution inspection has been changed.
