NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION

There are approved the forms of application on registration of the declaration on production compliance with technical regulations and notification on suspension of this declaration validity

The Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia N 151 of March 19, 2009 (document is in Russian) has approved the forms of application on registration of the declaration on production compliance with technical regulations and notification on suspension of validity of the declaration on production compliance with technical regulations under applicant's decision.

These documents shall be completed by an applicant by any print way on sheets of A4 format. At that in accordance with clause 17 of the Statute on formation and keeping of the united registry of declarations on compliance, submission of information included to the registry and payment for submission of information approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 1028 of December 25, 2008 (document is in Russian), the notification on suspension of validity of the declaration on compliance under applicant's decision shall be signed and attested with applicant's stamp, have the date and include a direction to registration number of declaration on compliance.

There is changed the specific features of specification of information in settlement documents directing in the electronic form at making cashless settlements through the Bank of Russia

  The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2203-U of March 24, 2009 (document is in Russian), putted into effect since May 15, 2009, has made the amendment to the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2086-U "On specific features for specification of information in settlement documents and payment orders directing in the electronic form at making cashless settlements through the Bank of Russia" of October 6, 2008 (document is in Russian), that cancels the restriction to length of fields "Receiver" and "Payer" (earlier length of these field should be not more than 300 symbols).
