There is approved the coefficient of indexation of calculative pension capital 2009-03-26 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is approved the coefficient of indexation of calculative pension capital The Decree of the RF Government N 248 of March 21, 2009 (document is in Russian) has approved the coefficient of indexation of insured person's calculative pension capital determined as on January 1, 2008 in the size of April 1, 2009. This Decree shall put into effect from April 1, 2009. There is added the set of documents used during the auditors activity licensing procedure 2009-03-26 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is added the set of documents used during the auditors activity licensing procedure The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 11n of February 10, 2009 (document is in Russian) has added the set of documents used during the auditors activity licensing procedure with the following forms: - Notification about return of documents in accordance with putting into effect of the Federal Act N 307-FZ "On auditors activity" of December 30, 2008 (the form N 19-LA); - Notification about return of documents in accordance with availability of valid license (form N 20-LA). The Report includes information about issue of federal loans bonds and state save bonds under closed subscription, the issuer of which in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. The amendments are made to the rules of organization of internal control in credit institutions and banking groups 2009-03-26 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to the rules of organization of internal control in credit institutions and banking groups The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2194-U of March 5, 2009 (document is in Russian) has made the amendments to the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 242-P "On organization of internal control in credit institutions and banking groups" of December 16, 2003 (document is in Russian). In particular the Statute is added with the Annex 5 establishing the recommendations to development of plan of activities directing to granting of activities continuity and (or) business restoration of a credit institution in the case of unforeseen circumstances arising, to such plan structure and content, as well as to organization of its implementation possibility examination.
