The Republic of Seychelles is included to the List of the states and territories granting the privileged tax regime for taxation 2009-03-05 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The Republic of Seychelles is included to the List of the states and territories granting the privileged tax regime for taxation By the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 10n of February, 2009 (document is in Russian) the Republic of Seychelles has been included to the List (document is in Russian) of the states and territories granting the privileged tax regime for taxation and (or) providing not disclosure and non-submission of information at carrying out financial operations (offshore zones).   This List has been developed in accordance with subclause 1 of clause 3 of article 284 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
