There is approved the Administrative regulations for execution of the state function by the Federal Service on intellectual property, patents and trade-marks
The Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian
Federation N 321 of October 29, 2008 (document is in Russian),
which has been registered in the Ministry of Justice of the
Russian Federation as on March 5, 2009, has approved the Administrative
regulations for execution of the state function on registration
of contracts on granting of the right on inventions, useful
model, industrial samples, trade-marks, service marks, protective
computer programs, data bases, integrated circuit topographies,
as well franchising agreements on use intellectual property
objects protected in accordance with the patent legislation
of the Russian Federation by the Federal Service on intellectual
property, patents and trade-marks.
There is changed the procedure for examination of organizations where control and supervision is entrusted with the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia
